How VIT GPA is calculated
GPA = total of credits × grade points ÷ counted credits. VIT calls the semester result GPA. Students often search for it as SGPA.

What counts
F and N carry 0 points and count. P, U, and W have no grade point and do not count. Use the final letter grade from VTOP because VIT can use relative or absolute grading.
