How the target is calculated
Required next GPA = [Target CGPA × (completed credits + next credits) − current CGPA × completed credits] ÷ next credits.

How is the required next-semester GPA calculated?
The planner solves GPA / CGPA = Σ(Credits × Grade Point) ÷ Σ(Credits of successfully cleared counted courses) for the missing term: it takes your current CGPA and completed credits, your target CGPA, and your next semester's credits, then works out the GPA you need this term to reach that target.
What if the required GPA is above 10?
That means the target is mathematically out of reach in one semester on the credits you entered — no achievable GPA under Anna University's scale reaches it. Spread the target over more semesters or lower it.
Does this planner account for Anna University's rounding rule?
