Conversion formula
Percentage = 10 × CGPA − 7.5. Reverse conversion: CGPA = (Percentage + 7.5) ÷ 10.
Use final CGPA, not SGPA. KLEF programme or certificate rules can change by handbook.
What is counted
- The final KLEF CGPA after course and credit exclusions.
- The conversion accepted by the receiving organisation.
What is excluded
- Semester SGPA used as final CGPA.
- The common CGPA × 10 or ×9.5 formula from another university.
Worked example
A CGPA of 8.25 gives 82.50 − 7.50 = 75.00%. A percentage of 82.50% converts back to 9.00 CGPA.
