Assessment components

Presets follow SRM B.Tech/M.Tech (Integrated) Regulations 2021. Change names, maximum marks or weightage to match your course syllabus. Official grades use normalized marks.

Why can I edit every weight?

SRM R4.6 says assessment weightages for every course are provided in the respective course syllabus and follow the regulation templates. Faculty can also use varied CLA-II activities such as assignments, surprise tests, viva, quizzes, case studies, seminars, presentations, coding and project-based learning. Match the exact syllabus or faculty scheme when it differs.

The grade shown after all 100% of marks are entered is a pre-normalization estimate. SRM R8.2 says internal and final marks are normalized before the Controller of Examinations awards the official letter grade.
